SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT TO RELEASE TWO DISC ALBUM WITH MUSIC INSPIRED BY THE SONY PICTURES FILM MICHAEL JACKSON”S THIS IS IT ON OCTOBER 26TH/27TH

On October 12th, the first new Michael Jackson song to emerge since the world mourned the loss of this musical icon will be released – a brand new single entitled “This Is It.” Soon after, Sony Music Entertainment’s Columbia/Epic Label Group will release the two-disc album This Is It featuring the music that inspired Sony Pictures’ forthcoming film MICHAEL JACKSON’S THIS IS IT. This two-disc album will be available internationally on October 26th and North America on October 27th to coincide with the worldwide release of the motion picture which arrives in theaters on October 28th and runs for a limited two-week engagement…

MTV je sa ponosom prikazao trejler filma “This is it”, koji je posvećen pokojnom Kralju popa, Majkl Džeksonu ….. Film je napravljen od snimaka sa priprema za Majklov poslednji koncert, koji je trebao da se održi u Londonu. Od preko 100 sati video materijala, biće izvučeno samo najbolje i stavljeno u filma …. Videćete Majkla kao nikada do sad, njegov poslednji san, koji nažalost nije mogao da ostvari, svim njegovim fanovima i onima koji su ga voleli, biće prikazan na bioskopskom platnu. “The Way You Make Me Feel” је песма Мајкла Џексона са албума Bad издата као сингл 1987. године. Песма је још један певачев хит, трећи по реду са овог албума. Неколико пута је извођена, а најпознатији наступ је са додела Гремија 1988. године.

Године 2001. на 30. годишњицу Џексонове соло каријере, песму су извели Џексон и Бритни Спирс. Постоји снимак тог наступа који није издат у видео верзији за телевизију, већ је замењен плесачицом која је наступала друге ноћи.

“The Way You Make Me Feel” is a song written by American recording artist Michael Jackson and recorded for his seventh album Bad (1987). Produced by Jackson and Quincy Jones, it was released as the album’s third single in 1987 and became another number-one hit from the album on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. It was performed a few times on Jackson’s tours, and was most famously performed live at the 1988 Grammy Awards.

Michael wrote the song at the request of his mother, Katherine, who wanted a song with “a shuffling kind of rhythm”. The music video for “The Way You Make Me Feel”, directed by Joe Pytka, depicts Michael Jackson chasing a woman (Tatiana Thumbtzen) across the street. They return with friends across the street. She then begins to lead him on. Michael successfully woos her with his complicated dance techniques. The video ends with an embrace.

Sahrana Majkla Džeksona 73 dana posle smrti l Kralj popa, našminkan kao za koncert, počivaće u sanduku zalivenim betonom, pod budnim okom kamera… Pop legenda Majkl Džekson sahranjen je jutros, 73 dana nakon smrti, u četiri sata po našem vremenu, na groblju Forest Lon u Los Anđelesu. Muzičarev zlatni sanduk biće zaliven betonom u strahu od pljačkaša grobova. Za poslednje počivalište odabran je Mauzolej velikana na čuvenom groblju u Glendejlu u severnom Los Anđelesu, gde počivaju zvezde kao što su Džin Harlou, Klark Gebl i Hemfri Bogart. Kralj popa trebalo je da bude sahranjen na svoj 51. rođendan, 29. avgusta, ali je porodica odložila sahranu jer su neki članovi mislili da bi taj datum bio neprikladan. U intervjuu koji je Majklov brat Marlou dao listu „Miror” navedeni su neki od detalja sahrane. U skladu sa dosadašnjim ponašanjem porodice, tuga Majklovo troje dece biće iskorišćena radi publiciteta: Marlou je obavestio medije da će Prins Majkl (12), Paris (11) i Blanket (7) napisati poruke „Tata, volim te”, koje će biti unete u sanduk, zajedno sa Majklovim belim rukavicama. Za Majkla je spremljena i specijalna perika sa dugim loknama, a angažovan je i vrhunski šminker – specijalista koji je, kako je rekao brat, preminulog pevača doterao kao za koncert….

Katherine Jackson, overcome by sorrow, turned back when she was faced with her son’s final resting place. On a sultry Thursday evening, amid a sea of white flowers and with a bejeweled crown placed atop his casket by his children, the King of Pop was given an intimate, private version of the lavish public memorial held shortly after his death in June. Gladys Knight performed the hymn “Our Father” (The Lord’s Prayer) and moved many to tears, according to one guest who asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the day. When it was over, many of the the 200 mourners hugged each other. Among them were Elizabeth Taylor, Jackson’s ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, Barry Bonds and Macaulay Culkin. The Rev. Al Sharpton, who gave a eulogy at the public event and at Thursday’s service, also extolled Knight’s earlier performance of “His Eye is on the Sparrow.” “Gladys Knight sang her heart out. Now we prepare to lay him to rest,” Sharpton posted on his Twitter account during the service that was held outside and then within the marble mausoleum. The mourners followed the crowned, lushly flower-draped casket as Jackson’s five brothers — each wearing a bright red tie and a single crystal-studded glove — carried it into the mausoleum. The 11-year-old Paris cried as the group entered the imposing building and was comforted by her aunt, LaToya. Paris and brothers Prince Michael, 12, and Prince Michael II, 7, known as Blanket, began the service by placing the crown on their father’s golden casket. Koliko je već prošlo, a ja i dalje ne mogu da verujem da nas Majkl napustio….. Bio je zvezda svih vremena i to mesto neće moći niko da zauzme još dugo, dugo vremena, mesto Kralja Popa. Teško je poverovati u sve što pišu o njemu sada, ali mi koji ga volimo, znamo jednu stvar, da će on zauvek ostati u našim srcima i da ćemo se uvek uz njegovu muziku setiti njega, njegovih fenomenalnih pokreta, njegove dobrote i uz osmeh uvek pomisliti “Majkl, mi te volimo” i pomisliti na njegov odgovor koji je uvek glasio ” Ja vas volim više” …. Nastaviću da pisem kao i do sad, trudiću se da bude čak i bolje …. Njegova muzika živeće zauvek, a on će ostati urezan u našim srcima …. I still can’t believe that Michael Jackson is gone ….. He was and he will alaways be star of all time, and nobody will take that place for a long, long time, he is one and only King of Pop. It’s hard to believe in what are they write about him, but we who love him, we now one thing, that he will alaways be in ours heart, and when we listen his music, we will alaways say ” Michael, we love you” , and imagine his answer “I love you more” … I’ll continue to write like before, but i’ll try to be bether ….
